Q: What is your deposit & cancellation policy?
Full payment is processed on arrival. Card details are held to confirm reservation and to secure payment in accordance with the cancellation policy as set out below. A 1 cent charge will be used to verify card details ten days prior to arrival. A 3% surcharge applies to all transactions processed with American Express and Diners Cards.
Any bookings cancelled within seven days of the arrival date will incur a charge of the first night's accommodation.
All reservations made within ten days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
Q: Do you take eftpos?
Yes. Eftpos, credit cards, Amex and Diners. Merchant fee applies to credit cards, Amex and Diners.
Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Wifi access available for emails.
Q: Do you have mobile phone coverage?
Yes, Telstra 3G is available
Q: Are pets welcome?
BaseCamp is pet friendly. Sorry, no pets accommodated at guest house or cabins.
